Sheboygan Overnight Breakfast Casserole
Convenience at your service! Grab your slow cooker and plug and get it going low and slow and you will have a delicious breakfast dish for the family.



Ingredients
2 packages of Sheboygan Sausage Company Maple Breakfast Links
1 cup of green onions, chopped
1 medium sweet red bell pepper, chopped
1 can ( 4 ounces) of mild green chillies
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 package (30 ounces) of frozen shredded hash browns
12 eggs
1 cup of milk
½ teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
How to Make
Step 1
Cook sausage according to package directions; cut into small pieces and set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the green onions, red pepper, chilies and cilantro; set aside.
Step 3
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
Step 4
Layer a third of the hash browns, sausage, green onion mixture and cheese. Repeat layers twice.
Step 5
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over casserole.
Step 6
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until a thermometer inserted into the center reads 160°F.
